Just rolled the first few off the machine and ran through anodizing. Comments? I know the pics are not the best but let us know what you think.
They are cnc machined from a solid billet. Multi cal marked and will be available VERY soon. We are almost done testing now.
Here are a few examples of what we did on ours in comparison to a standard forged lower.
We added about .025" width to the mag well bottom. Increased the bevel to aide in magazine loading.
Increased the size of the front pivot pin detent spring channel to match the increase on the mag well bottom. Also brought it up flush with the top of the receiver.
Since we did not stay with the original drop away trigger guard we were able to leave the receiver heavy on the back side of the magazine well. We also increased the area from the mag well bottom up to the mag release retention area.
Added about .030" to the diameter of the area for the rear receiver extension.

Yes we will be offering in the white and also 80% lowers with no marking other than the Semi / Safe. The 80% will need the hammer / trigger pocket machined out and to be final de-burred but otherwise ready. The in the white versions won't be much cheaper, $5 to $10 as that is all the anodizing adds to the process.
As for the logo we were going to go minimalist on these. Basic text only and see what the response is.

I'm glad that things are starting rolling now.
I sent you an email a while back, but didn't get a reply. Drop me a PM or email and let me know what dealer pricing is please. I'm not sure if you have a copy of my FFL, but I can get it to you if you don't.
I also have a buddy needing an Uzi barrel laser engraved for his upcoming SBR if that is something you have time to do. From everything I've been told engraving the barrel is fine. If it's not, I have a lot of shotguns that won't pass critique.
Oh, and we need some pics of the lower too. I saw your full auto video on youtube of your "demo" lower. It looked right on the money. _________________

Glock Holiday, how are the mag wells on these? Will they eat any mag you try to put in them?
And as far as a group buy, what would be your terms?
I may be interested, but don't want to get into a huge problem like I saw with the DoubleStar AR Group buy last year on another forum. That was just crazy. _________________

Made some more progress this weekend. Getting closer....
We are ensuring they will function with pmags for sure. GI mags shouldn't be a problem.

Glock Holiday and I have already been discussing it. We still have to get into the nitty gritty details, however, being the perfectionist that I know he is, I can respect that he wants them to be "just right" instead of rushing into it.
I would also need to have a private conversation with the administrators/owners as well as GM to run a few things by them to make sure they're OK with everything too.
I would really like to say more, but at this point, I can't. _________________

The site owners have given a green light to the group buy, and to use the site logo/name, etc for the custom group buy lowers.
Glock Holiday, drop me a PM or call so we can discuss pricing and stuff. _________________

I'm more than likely in on a group buy.
Also, Glock Holiday, what would you charge for a custom logo. I have my company logo in an adobe illustrator file. What would be a minimum run for a custom logo? What would be the additional cost? Can you finish them in Coyote? What would be the charge? Drop me a PM at your convenience. I'm in no hurry.
